• the star — every system has one at position 0. bigger, hotter stars have a higher heat rank, 1 to 5.
• probing — a drone needs heat plating of the star's rank or higher. plating makes you much easier to spot.
• sunlight — planets in the first slots get slightly more from solar plants, up to about 5%.
• collectors — a mid-game ship. it flies into a star's orbit for good and beams energy to the planet it left from. hotter stars give more.
• star rings — a guild project from guild level 15. it wraps a whole star, one per star in the universe. it shares massive energy between all members.
